Annie Sundseth, founder of BLISS IN BLOOM, located in Kailua – Kona Hawaii, has worked in the wedding industry for over 5 years. Starting in 2005 as a Wedding Coordinator for the Sheraton in Kona Hawaii, Annie was inspired to take her creative passion to start Bliss in Bloom, a floral design company specializing in bringing in flowers that appeal to those who are looking for a scope and range of flower selection for their wedding day, or special event.
Having had the experience with Wedding Coordination and learning about all the excellent vendor services offered in Kona, Bliss in Bloom has branched out, offering Coordination service to those who need assistance and guidance in not only florals, but also their wedding day or special event details.
Bliss in Bloom has also serviced florals and Coordination for special events such a baby showers, birthday parties, etc.
Day of Coordination
Day-of coordination includes assistance in putting together an itinerary, confirming vendor commitments that you have already booked, and double-checking the details, decisions, and services that you have already contracted for. I would will be working with the information you give me to formulate a master timeline for the entire wedding day as well as directing the rehearsal, distribution of timeline to your wedding party and vendors, as well as the Coordination and direction of wedding day events.
Full Coordination
Full Coordination includes guidance in selecting vendor services as well as setting up any tastings, sites or meetings. I would be the main point of contact through your planning process and would handle all the items needed in order to finalize your wedding day details, which also includes a seating chart if needed, diagram etc. Also included is assistance in putting together an itinerary, booking and confirming vendor services and double-checking the details, decisions, and services that have been contracted for. I would formulate a master timeline for the entire wedding day as well as direct the rehearsal, create and distribute a timeline to your wedding party and vendors, as well as the Coordination and direction of wedding day events.
